How To Prepare Delicious Gizzard
- Vegetable oil
- Red scotch bonnet pepper
- Orange scotch bonnet pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Cook the gizzard with onion and seasoning
- Pour vegetable oil into a pan on a medium heat and fry the gizzard until golden brown.
- Reduce the vegetable oil in the pan.
- Add garlic.
- Add onions
- Add roughly blended red scotch bonnet
- Add roughly blended orange scotch bonnet.
- Add chopped green bell pepper.
- Add curry powder
- Add thyme.
- Add seasoning, stir and allow to fry for 5minutes
- Add the fried gizzard and mix evenly.
